Today I am posting the introduction to "How to Make a Cartoon by Scrappy" published in 1932 by Columbia Pictures out of their offices in New York. Evidently it was part of a grand scheme to enslave the minds of the nation's youth through Scrappy. Ya learn somethin' new every day!
